Meet Michael Percy

Michael joined Griffin Insurance as a licensed agent in 1995. He purchased the agency in 1997 and then completed his CPIA certification in 2011.
Michael is very active in the greater Knox County, OH community serving in several leadership roles, including member and past president of the Rotary Club of Mount Vernon, vice president of the Foundation Park Conservancy, board member of the Cooper Park Development Corporation, and Knox County Chamber of Commerce.
In 2015, Michael was named Knox County Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year for his leadership and success in managing an extensive renovation project of the historic CA&C depot, part of the Mount Vernon’s Ariel Foundation Park. He also currently chairs the City of Mount Vernon Board of Zoning Appeals.
Michael lives in Mount Vernon with his wife, Nicole, and two daughters, Sophia and Lillian.
